LAMINATED INSULATED PANELS : Specifications
Panels manufactured by Styro-Tek,
shall consist of the following:
Embossed aluminum/ 1/4" tempered
hardboard / expanded polystyrene (EPS) / 1/4"
tempered hardboard / embossed aluminum.
Panel thickness shall be typically 1".
Our sandwich panels are bonded under
pressure with top quality moisture-cured
urethane developed specifically
for laminates of this nature. These panels can
withstand a wide range of environmental
conditions.
Prepainted metal has a baked-on
enamel finish furnished by the aluminum mill. Embossed metal thickness can range
from .015 to .024 depending on the color and customer requirements. Stucco embossed
aluminum skins are available in four stock colors - gloss, white, bronze, cream, mill finish.
Smooth aluminum skins are available
in 40 different colors ranging from .024 to .050 in thickness. Fluropon, kynar and anodized aluminum skin panels are also
available. Standard panel sizes are 4 x 8 and 4 x 10.
