Styro-Tek of Alabama is a custom laminator of Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) used in both the residential and commercial building construction industries.

APPLICATIONS Styro-Tek can provide the finished product including insulated wall and roof panels, signage, service station canopy panels and architectural EPS shapes for schools, hospitals, airports, churches, residential homes, businesses, etc...- both interior and exterior applications.

FEATURES Styro-Tek’s insulated panels are bonded under pressure with top quality moisture-cured urethane developed specifically for laminates of this nature. These panels can withstand a wide range of environmental conditions.

PERFORMANCE CAPABILITIES EPS shapes are lightweight and strong, versatile and cost effective. Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) has become a standard in building construction. Dimensions can be modified to your design. “Any Shape...Any Size...Your Design or Ours”.

MATERIALS USED Pre-painted aluminum metal has a baked-on enamel finish. Embossed metal thickness can range from .024 to .032 depending upon the color and customer requirements. Smooth aluminum skins are available in 40-different colors ranging from .024 to .063 thicknesses. Fluropon, kynar, and anodized aluminum skin panels are also available. Standard panel sizes are 4’ x 8’ and 4’ x 10’. Styro-Tek’s Neopor® EPS foam is safe, non-corrosive and non-toxic. Fiberglass skin insulated panels colored white or tan are also available.

INSTALLATIONS Installation should be made in accordance with standard construction procedures.
